Site Visit

Matt,

I spoke to my group mates about the time for site visit,and
Wednesday ( afternoon ) 03/09/2008 would be the best for us,

if Wednesday afternoon is not OK for you guys, please
book us for any other afternoon during that week, ( first week of September )

I am on leave from this Friday 22/8, so I won't be able to take you
around next week. If you can't make it this week at some stage, I may
have to postpone it till the first week of September when I return from
leave.

As we are pretty busy at present, could we make it this week either
Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning at 8.30, or possibly Friday from
1.30pm.

If this is not possible, We will need to make it either Tuesday 2/9 or
Wednesday 3/9.

Can you please respond at your earliest convenience to arrange
